The following steps will guide you through
the tour process. We look forward to working
with you to develop a well-planned and enjoyable
educational trip for you and your students.
1) SELECT YOUR DESTINATION
Perhaps
you already have an idea of where you want to
go? Review the list of our most popular
destinations, and if you still need some
inspiration give us a call.

trip anywhere!
Regardless of your
destination, our Student Tour representative
will offer experienced, personalized service and
you will be presented with choices, suggestions,
and assistance.
2) CUSTOMIZE YOUR TOUR
Review our sample itineraries, and to
enhance your tour, consider adding some of the
options we offer for each destination. Our
Student Tour representative will help you
customize your tour, review payment options, and
help you to promote your tour to students.
Our representative will visit your workplace
anytime, to provide a presentation to your
students and parents. It will include
information about your group’s itinerary, the
tour’s accommodations and inclusions, and help
guide your group through the tour process.
3) PROMOTE YOUR TOUR
Gather your
interested students and their parents, and make
a plan to raise funds. Set goals, and mark your
calendar with the details so that you can meet
deadlines and make your trip a reality.
4) CONFIRM DETAILS
Your Student Tour
representative will keep in touch at every stage
of the process. However, your tour will also
have its own login area on our website, where
you, your students and their parents, will be
able to find important information regarding
their tour. Before you leave, travel documents
will be issued.

Details to be sure everything has been
considered!
5) TRAVEL DAY
Meet your
Tour Director. Let them take care of all of the
day-to-day details that will keep your tour
running smoothly. They will be there to assist
you with unexpected schedule alterations, pay
the bills and suggest alternative plans should
the need arise. All you have to do is enjoy the
time with your students to ensure they are
getting the most out of their educational tour
experience.
6) TELL US WHAT YOU THINK!
When you return, we want your feedback on
your entire tour experience. We are committed to

involved, and appreciate your comments. And
